FOLLOWUP APPOINTMENTS: are made either at the end of your appointment or online through patient portal.
APPOINTMENT RESCHEDULING: can be done through the patient portal, please make all changes prior to 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to make an appointment, please let Dr. Grayson know as soon as possible by calling the office and leaving a voicemail message or canceling online. Because your appointment time is reserved for you, you will be charged the full fee for the scheduled service(s) unless you cancel 24 hours in advance (not including weekends or holidays). Exceptions to the missed appointment fee will be made for weather emergencies. If you are late for your appointment, you will be seen for the remaining appointment time and will be charged the full appointment fee.
Medications refills will mainly be completed during patient visits. However if a refill is needed in between visits please request one through the patient portal. Once received it will be sent electronically to your pharmacy. It is the Patient’s/Parent’s responsibility to request medication refills in a timely manner. Dr. Grayson’s office requires at least 3 (three) business days in advance to respond to prescription refill requests. Urgent prescription requests requiring a response in less than 2 business days’ notice may be subject to a fee. Prescription refill requests can only be provided to current patients of the practice.
We are an out of network provider for all insurance plans. We do not accept payment directly from any insurance company. Patients/parents are responsible for all fees associated with treatment at time of appointment. We will provide you with the paperwork necessary for you to submit a claim to your insurance for reimbursement and take advantage of any out of network benefits. Please request a super bill on the portal if you would like to submit for out of network benefit.
