APPOINTMENT RESCHEDULING:
If you need to move your appointment date and time simply look at the schedule below and email us a request to switch to another open time as long it's before 24hrs prior to appt time to avoid a cancellation fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
You can request to cancel an appointment up until 24hrs before your scheduled appointment time and have the fee paid refunded to your original method of payment minus $75 processing charge for new patient appointments and $20 processing charge for follow up appointments. You will be charged the full fee for the scheduled service(s) if canceled less than 24 hours in advance (not including weekends or holidays). Exceptions to the missed appointment fee will be made for weather emergencies. If you are late for your appointment, you will be seen for the remaining appointment time and will be charged the full appointment fee.
The Full appointment fee will be charged if the Patient (or Patient’s Representative):

Cancels the appointment less than 24 hours prior to appointment time; or

Fails to show up for a scheduled appointment; or

Arrives for their scheduled appointment with 15 minutes or less remaining in their scheduled time slot.
